This data is collected solely through voluntary submission via our digital portals or physical documentation. We do not use third-party data scraping tools to acquire client information.
2. Use of Information: The information provided is used exclusively for evaluating creditworthiness and sharing with our authorized banking partners (ICICI, HDFC, Axis, etc.) for the specific purpose of the product inquiry initiated by the user. Ilios Digital does not act as a lender; we act as a facilitator of the application process.
3. Data Security: All digital data is encrypted using 256-bit SSL encryption. Our physical document storage facilities are access-restricted and monitored 24/7. We maintain a zero-leakage policy; any breach of data confidentiality by an employee results in immediate termination and legal action.
4. Third-Party Disclosure: We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third-party marketing agencies. Disclosure occurs only with the specific banking institution related to your application or when required by law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

Step 1: Primary Resolution
Email your concern to support@iliosdigitalindia.com. Most administrative or documentation queries are resolved within 24-48 working hours. Ensure you include your Application Reference Number.
Step 2: Escalation to Nodal Officer
If you do not receive a satisfactory response within 5 working days, you may escalate the matter to our Nodal Officer for Compliance at compliance@iliosdigitalindia.com. Please attach the previous correspondence for reference. The Nodal Officer will investigate the claim and provide a final resolution within 7 working days.
Step 3: Management Review
For unresolved high-priority issues, customers may request a telephonic review with the Operations Head at our Chennai headquarters by calling +91 44 4500 8901 during business hours (Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
Please Note: For complaints regarding loan repayment, interest rate changes post-disbursement, or bank-internal policies, customers must reach out to the respective Bank's internal Grievance Redressal Cell or the Banking Ombudsman.
